The iCare PATIENT2 and iCare EXPORT applications were updated and users are required to update their applications to continue sending the measurement results to iCare CLOUD or CLINIC and for reviewing the results in iCare PATIENT2.

  1. Please update the iCare PATIENT2 app from Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  2. Please download and install iCare EXPORT v2.2.4 here or from the cog wheel menu of iCare CLOUD or CLINIC.

The new versions of the applications require the user to login using CLOUD or CLINIC username and password when reading measurement results from the tonometer.

  1. For getting a username and password to iCare CLINIC, please ask your healthcare professional to create you a user account in CLINIC.

  2.  For iCare CLOUD users, the username and password are the same that are currently used in PATIENT2 for viewing measurement results.

iCare PATIENT users, PATIENT app will not function anymore, please install the iCare PATIENT2 app from Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

iCare PATIENT2 app is not available in all countries, if the iCare PATIENT2 app is not available in your country, please download and install iCare EXPORT v2.2.4 from here or from the cog wheel menu of iCare CLOUD or CLINIC.
