Qualifications: BA, LLB Deborah Ziegler is a lawyer, mediator and Tribunal member. She has extensive experience in private legal practice with particular focus on corporate and commercial law.

Deborah has advised a range of leading Australian and international companies on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital raisings, corporate advisory, foreign investments and private equity transactions. More recently her focus has shifted to consumer and tenancy law.

Deborah is currently a member of the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal, appointed to its Consumer and Commercial Division. She is a nationally accredited mediator with extensive experience in conciliation. She has previously worked as a facilitator with Forum Sentencing NSW, as a member of the NSW Consumer, Trader and Tenancy Tribunal, as a solicitor at Freehills (now Herbert Smith Freehills) and as an associate at the Federal Court of Australia

As Honorary Secretary, Deborah is a member of the Executive and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee.
